Job summary

ISOTEAM AET PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contracts Leader to head the Contracts Department in pre and post contract functions, covering tendering, estimation, procurement, cost control and reporting.

The role focuses on strategy, risk management and ensuring successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will review cost estimates, manage cash flows, oversee final accounts, and guide Quantity Surveyors, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Project Management, Construction Management or similar field.
• Experience in contracts administration or quantity surveying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing measurement and tender documentation processes.
• Establishing tender and procurement strategies and advising on contracts for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Reviewing cost estimations and monitoring cash flow forecasts.
• Endorsing payment responses and final accounts, and setting policies for payments.
• Mitigating risks and advising on dispute resolution techniques.
• Coordinating with finance to ensure correct billing and collections.
