Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for a project contract-based role ending in 2027. The position is based at Changi Project Office with a 5.5 day work week and a salary of SGD 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience.

You will lead the contracts team, oversee tendering, and manage contractual governance, risk, and disputes while ensuring profitable project outcomes and strict compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (construction/engineering/law).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract management within construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve project goals.
• Oversee tendering, bid reviews, and submission of tenders for new projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Act as primary contact for contractual matters and stakeholder engagement.
