Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Senior Contracts Manager on a project-basis role. You will lead the contracts team, oversee tendering, and ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules.

With a proven track record in large-scale projects and strong knowledge of construction law and procurement, you will drive commercial outcomes and stakeholder engagement through 2027 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, QS, Civil Eng, Law or related field.
• Proven track record leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts team to achieve departmental and project goals.
• Allocate resources effectively across contract administration and tendering.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Draft and manage contractual correspondence and maintain records.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Oversee tendering and business development to secure profitable projects.
