Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Senior Contracts Manager on a project contract with an estimated end in 2027.

The position is based at the Changi project office, with 5.5 working days and hours 8am to 5pm, alternating Saturdays. You will lead the contracts team, oversee tendering, drafting and negotiating contracts, monitor budgets and cash flow, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk and disputes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts team to achieve goals.
• Direct tendering and business development for new projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
