THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for a project contract-based role at our Changi project office.

The role requires leading the contracts team, managing tenders, and ensuring strict compliance with contract terms and legal standards. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in contract management within construction, strong knowledge of procurement practices, and proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts team to achieve project goals.
• Allocate resources and ensure high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure compliance with terms.
• Maintain records and document registers; manage contractual correspondence and agreements.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and risk mitigations; ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Oversee tendering and business development; direct preparation and submission of tenders for new projects.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts; provide commercial advice to senior management.
• Manage invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out; engage stakeholders and represent the firm in negotiations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
