WS ENGINEERING & FABRATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior contracts professional to review and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with Singapore/Malaysia laws.

The role involves coordinating with finance, purchasing, and project teams, managing risk, and optimizing profitability across complex contracts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of contract review experience, with a strong background in consumer, contract, construction, and commercial law.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognized law degree.
• Minimum 5 years in contract review/commercial contracts.
• Litigation/arbitration experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Review tender terms and conditions to identify risks and cost/delivery impact.
• Administer and review letters of support and ad hoc agreements.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers to minimize losses and maximize profits.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and Project teams on contractual matters.
• Ensure insurance policies cover inherent risks; liaise with stakeholders.
