Job summary

hexacon construction pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead and manage tendering for construction projects, from pre-tender to post-tender stages. You will review contracts, analyze risks, and coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and submissions.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in QS, CE, or construction management with 8+ years of contract management and tendering experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in QS, CE, or construction mgmt.
• 8+ years in contract management and tendering in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, PSSCOC, FIDIC, and tendering.
• Proven bid leadership and strong negotiation skills.
