Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years of experience to administer contracts, manage project documentation, and support the project team.

You will prepare take-offs and pre-tender estimates, develop tender documents, source quotations, conduct tender exercises, evaluate bids, and award contracts while liaising with Procurement. Strong drawing interpretation, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications
