Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Commercial / Senior Quantity Surveying professional to lead commercial operations across construction projects. Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction/commercial management.
• At least 5 years of experience with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of REDAS, SIA, and PSSCOC contract forms.
• Experience in procurement, cost management, contracts administration, claims, and project financial controls.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects preferred.
