Job summary

INNOCORE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveying professional to lead commercial and contractual management on major building projects in Singapore.

You will oversee contract administration, budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting to ensure financial performance and value delivery. The role requires strong QS experience in healthcare, commercial, data centres or large developments, with main contractor exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong Quantity Surveying / Contracts experience within the building construction industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong Quantity Surveying / Contracts experience within the building construction industry.
• Experience on Healthcare, Commercial, Data Centers or other major building developments will be advantageous.
• Main Contractor experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims, cost control, subcontract management and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
