Job summary

ADAS - Multimedia Engineering in Singapore seeks a proactive Contract Executive to support commercial and contractual management of construction projects across Singapore, Malaysia and other international locations. You will work with project teams to administer contracts, review tender documents, monitor variations and progress claims, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of working experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or a related role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with contract terms, variations, claims, and subcontract administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and management of contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from tender stage to project completion.
• Support the review of tender documents and assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including reviewing and interpreting contract terms and conditions.
• Help monitor project progress, variations, and commercial performance to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
• Maintain records of contractual obligations, variations, and potential commercial risks.
• Support the preparation of variation orders (VO), progress claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Assist in maintaining a structured variation and claims tracking system to ensure proper documentation and timely submission.
• Help evaluate completed works and review progress claims based on contract provisions.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements, including tracking subcontractor payments and variations.
• Attend project and site meetings and provide support on contractual and commercial matters.
• Support the identification of contractual risks and assist in dispute avoidance processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of contracts, claims, approvals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, and subcontractors to support effective contract implementation.
