THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract Manager for a project-based assignment in Singapore.

The role requires handling pre-tender work, contract administration, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely tenders and successful project progress. You will liaise with managing directors, prepare budgets, manage variation orders, and monitor costs. Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's/Graduate-level degrees required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in civil works.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist managing director in responding to requests for quotation from prospective clients locally and overseas.
• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and responses to tender clarifications and amendments; attend tender meetings leading to tender awards.
• Prepare contract documents for control and administration; review commercial aspects with clients and sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Managers in preparing monthly progress payments and ensure successful payment collection.
• Attend site meetings with project staff as required.
• Assist in preparation of variation orders and maintain record of changes and design amendments.
• Liaise with main contractor and client’s quantity surveyor regarding claims and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections with directors and financial controller.
• Assist in negotiation of sub-contractor packages and prepare sub-contractor or supplier agreements.
• Analyze scope of work in projects and contracts for effective contract administration, interpreting drawings.
• Liaise with financial controller and project managers on cost control.
• Monitor project cost and assist in general financial administration.
• Report cost history for contract negotiation and budgeting.

Project contract based (estimate project completion: 2027)

Contract Manager

Work Location: Changi, office at (Lavender area)
Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday Full Day
Salary: $9000 to $12000 (depends on experience)

Requirements

• Candidates with QS or Contracts background is advantageous.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post

• Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At Least 5 years of Experience in Civil Works.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD
  

Job scope

• Liaise and assist managing director in responding to request for quotation from prospective clients both local and overseas

• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders.

• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors

• Assist the Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress payment and ensure successful claim of progress payment

• Attend site meetings with project staff as and when required

• Assist project managers in preparation of variation order and keep comprehensive record on work alteration and design amendment etc

• Liaise closely with main contractor and Client’s Q/S in regard to claims and negotiation of claims and finalization of account

• Prepare budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with directors, project managers and financial controller

• Assist in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters

• Analyse scope of work in project and contract for effective contract administration in conjunction with interpretation of architectural and shop drawings

• Liaise with financial controller and in conjunction with project managers control

• Monitor project cost and prepare general financial administration

• Report example cost history for contract negotiation and budget
