Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract Manager for a project-based role in Singapore.

The position involves responding to RFQs, coordinating pre-tender work, and handling contract administration with clients and subcontractors. Work location is Changi, with an office near Lavender, on a 5.5-day schedule from 8am to 5pm. Candidates should have at least a diploma/degree with 5 years of Civil Works experience and strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• Engineering (Civil) or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of Civil Works experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with managing director to respond to RFQ from local and overseas clients.
• Coordinate preparation of pre-tender docs and respond to tender clarifications and amendments.
• Prepare contract documents and review commercial aspects with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress payments and ensure successful claims.
• Attend site meetings with project staff as required.
• Assist in preparation of variation orders and maintain records of changes and designs.
• Liaise with main contractor and client QS on claims and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections with directors and financial controller.
• Negotiate sub-contractor packages and prepare sub-contractor or supplier letters.
• Analyze scope of work for effective contract administration with drawings interpretation.
• Monitor project cost and maintain general financial administration.
