Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract Manager for a project-based role in Singapore. The position handles RFQs from local and overseas clients, tender preparation, and contract administration with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a diploma or higher in engineering or related field, at least 5 years in civil works, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD. Office is located in Changi with 5.5-day weeks and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with managing director in responding to RFQs from local and overseas clients.
• Coordinate pre-tender documentation and tender clarifications leading to tender award.
• Prepare contract documents and manage contract administration with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers in monthly progress payment submissions and payment claims.
• Attend site meetings and assist with variations and design amendments.
• Negotiate with main contractor and QS on claims and final accounts.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections with directors and PMs.
