Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Contract Manager for a project-based assignment at our Changi office (Lavender area).

The role covers tender responses, contract administration, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to support bidding and project delivery. Working days: 5.5 with 8am–5pm, alternating Saturday. You must have at least 5 years in Civil Works, a Diploma or above, and be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related field; civil/QS background advantageous.
• Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist MD in responding to RFQ from local and overseas clients.
• Manage pre-tender documentation and tender clarifications; attend meetings.
• Prepare contract documents and review commercial aspects with clients & subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers in monthly progress payments and claims.
• Attend site meetings as required; assist in variations and design amendments.
• Coordinate with main contractor and QS to negotiate claims and finalize accounts.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections with directors and PMs.
• Negotiate sub-contractor packages and prepare supplier letters.
• Analyse scope of work and ensure proper contract administration with drawings.
