Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor or Team Lead to oversee our logistics and distribution centre in Singapore.

This contract-to-perm role involves coordinating a logistics team, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll mentor staff, report on performance, and collaborate with other departments to support seamless warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within logistics.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with logistics software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor and optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks in the logistics process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
