Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, Content Marketing & PR to drive content strategy, storytelling and media engagement for the resort. You will collaborate with marketing, events and partnerships teams to amplify brand presence.

The role requires strong copywriting, editorial skills and a track record in influencer campaigns, with comfort in shooting and editing content across channels. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, public relations, communications or integrated marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, travel or related industries
• Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills with ability to adapt content across audiences, platforms and channels
• Experience in media relations, PR writing, influencer/KOL engagement or publicity campaigns
• Proficient in photography, videography and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar
• Strong understanding of social and digital platforms, content trends and performance analytics
• Strong eye for detail and ability to apply brand guidelines across formats
• Proactive and resourceful with ability to identify stories and publicity opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with media, partners and internal stakeholders
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willing to support events, media engagements and content outside regular hours

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa in planning and execution of marketing, content and public relations initiatives
• Develop and manage content plans and calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns
• Conceptualise, create and optimise photo and video content across digital and traditional channels
• Craft compelling copy for social media, paid campaigns, website, EDMs and other communications
• Manage day-to-day social media channels and identify trends to boost awareness and engagement
• Monitor content performance and campaign KPIs to optimise results
• Support PR initiatives, including press releases, media pitches and fact sheets
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and KOLs, and identify publicity opportunities
• Coordinate media and influencer engagements, including hosting, content requirements and follow-up
• Support publicity and media engagement for resort campaigns, events and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners and agencies on integrated marketing
• Lead on-ground content capture and support media coverage for key events and activations
• Work with resort teams to identify compelling stories for content and publicity
• Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and guidelines
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency across content
