Job summary

Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive or Assistant Manager – Marketing Communications (Content & Creative) to lead on-brand content that supports bookings, brand and guest engagement. This hands-on role covers copywriting, social media, short-form video, photography, website and EDM content, and campaign messaging.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Journalism, Media, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Preferably 5–7 years of relevant Marcom, content, social media or editorial experience, with the ability to work independently at Assistant Manager level.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel, F&B, luxury or other consumer-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with strong written English.
• Strong understanding of social media and mobile-first/short-form content.
• Able to develop concepts, captions, scripts, storyboards, mood boards and creative briefs.
• Basic photo/video capture and editing capability; Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is advantageous.
• Creative, proactive, commercially aware, organised and confident in managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, need periods and business priorities.
• Write and edit content for social media, EDMs, website/app, digital banners, posters, brochures and other Marcom touchpoints.
• Turn Rooms, F&B, MICE, Weddings, Spa, Golf and lifestyle offerings into engaging, guest-friendly stories and campaign messages.
• Create social-first content including Stories, Reels and short-form videos; develop simple scripts, storyboards and shot lists.
• Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots, including creative briefs, mood boards, talent requirements and production schedules; capture basic content where appropriate.
• Develop conversion-oriented campaign content with clear value propositions and calls-to-action to support bookings, enquiries and revenue.
• Identify and repurpose content from events, partnerships and guest experiences across multiple channels.
• Maintain brand consistency, review final content before publication, and manage stakeholders/creative partners to deliver on time.
