Job summary

GIA Singapore invites a content specialist to shape the voice of Singapore’s general insurance sector. Lead content lifecycle across formats, develop narratives, and collaborate with internal and external partners to bring ideas to life.

You will craft stories, develop content strategies, produce scroll-worthy visuals and videos, and measure performance to refine campaigns. Remote-first hybrid work setup; salary range S$3,700–S$5,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in advertising, content development, marketing, communications or PR
• Proficiency in AI-assisted tools is an added advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to craft clear messaging
• Experience developing and delivering content or marketing strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire content lifecycle across formats and platforms
• Develop narratives and align content with business issues and messaging objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to co-create content
• Develop and execute social media and marketing campaigns and maintain a regular content calendar
• Track performance with analytics and refine campaigns based on insights
• Support branding, events, and activation efforts
