Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of building works project experience.
• CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Manager).
• bizSAFE Level 2: Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan.
• Certificate in Managing Work At Height.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth running of site operations.
• Monitor work progress at sites.
• Attend to all logistical matters.
• Site management including planning, supervising, coordinating project with various stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors’ work progress.
• Ensure quality of works, safety regulations are complied with, and schedule to complete on time.
