Job summary

NB Development is seeking a Site Manager to lead cross-functional construction teams on complex projects in Singapore. You will ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and trades, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track and within scope. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Proven ability to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of construction workers, subcontractors, and engineers to deliver projects that meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress continuously, identify risks proactively, and execute corrective actions to maintain project timelines and standards.
