Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to lead on-site activities in Singapore.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with drawings and specifications. You will plan manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet milestones, monitor progress, and resolve site issues with the technical team, while upholding WSH safety standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure construction works are completed according to the approved programme.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve site, design, and construction issues.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with WSH requirements, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and rectification works with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Identify potential delays, technical issues, and site constraints, and work with the project team to implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, manpower, site issues, and upcoming works.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or senior management.
