Job summary

fmb construction pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead site operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate with contractors, supervise site teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring progress, maintaining quality, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of civil/construction management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of Singapore regulations and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience with main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction site activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise workers and site supervisors for productivity and quality.
• Monitor schedules, materials, manpower, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site issues and delays.
• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.
• Ensure quality control and timely project completion.
