Job summary

ACTIVE ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager to supervise construction sites, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is performed to drawings and specifications on schedule.

You will lead a safety-focused team, monitor progress, and prepare regular site reports while ensuring compliance with BCA requirements and WSH regulations, maintaining quality and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore BCA requirements and WSH regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read construction drawings and manage site activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction works meet the required quality standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain site records, monitor progress, and submit regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable BCA requirements and relevant construction regulations.
• Resolve site issues, minimise delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Supervise site personnel and promote teamwork, productivity, and safe work practices.
