Job summary

MYW ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee allocations, monitor worker performance and ensure safety/quality compliance on site in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating site works, reading drawings, and resolving discrepancies to keep progress on schedule. You will need relevant certifications such as BCA/MOM formwork supervisor and a minimum of five years in construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction industry.
• Safety supervisor certificate
• BCA/MOM certification: formwork supervisor certificate

Responsibilities

• Allocating works to workers and monitoring of workers and resources.
• Ensure smooth progress of site works
• Ensure compliance to applied safety and quality standards
• Ensure that works are carried out efficiently and on schedule
• Able to read/plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
