You will ensure civil and structural works are carried out according to approved plans and designs, are completed on time, and that work areas are prepared for subcontractors, with careful material readiness and subcontractor performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workers; coordinate with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections.
• Ensure civil and structural works are carried out according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within the time schedule.
• Coordinate with colleagues from different departments.
• Prepare work areas for subcontractors and ensure adequate materials for execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors.
