Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in re/insurance, including broking, underwriting, or claims.
• CGI or equivalent certification required; ANZIIF or ACII would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed underwriting submissions outlining project risk profiles.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop placement solutions meeting client needs.
• Implement placement strategy with senior brokers to achieve growth and service goals.
• Facilitate submission of coverage specifications and obtain carrier quotes.
• Assist senior placement colleagues during negotiations with carriers by securing and comparing submissions.
• Bind coverage and prepare all placement documentation.
• Prepare proposal components for tenders and client submissions.
• Provide ongoing servicing for bound accounts.
