Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced project leader to direct construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring scope, schedule and safety targets are met.

You will establish strategies and procedures, lead senior teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, manage budgets and risks, and drive quality and sustainability initiatives across the project lifecycle. This role emphasizes proactive performance management and clear reporting to senior management.

• Establish project strategies, policies and procedures to achieve time, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Lead senior project and engineering teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
• Oversee contractual matters, tender submissions, project budgets, construction progress and risk management.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved plans, statutory requirements and company quality standards.
• Drive workplace safety, environmental sustainability and green building initiatives.
• Oversee commissioning, final inspections, defect management and project closure.
• Manage team performance, talent development and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve construction methods, adopt new technologies and enhance productivity.
• Report project performance, financial matters and key risks to senior management.
