Job summary

WeRecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a senior construction engineering leader to manage site engineering, technical submissions and cross-functional coordination on large-scale projects in Singapore. You will review drawings and method statements while coordinating among consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams.

The role requires strong BIM coordination, quality inspections, and a focus on minimizing delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination, BIM and large-scale construction projects.

• Manage site engineering, technical submissions and design coordination to support smooth construction operations.

• Identify technical risks and implement corrective actions to minimise cost overruns, delays and rework.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff and ensure timely completion of project documentation and handover.
