Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee engineering, design coordination and technical activities across the full project lifecycle.

You will drive strategies, constructability reviews and temporary works planning to ensure safe, compliant delivery. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, manage shop drawings and technical submissions, provide technical leadership to BIM and site teams, and uphold quality and ISO standards while advancing

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering, design coordination and technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and review engineering strategies, construction methods, temporary works and buildability proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and project teams to resolve technical and design issues.
• Manage engineering deliverables, shop drawings, method statements, technical submissions and construction documents.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering, construction, BIM and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements, contractual obligations, quality standards and ISO requirements.
• Identify and manage technical and construction risks to minimise delays and improve project performance.
• Drive value engineering, design optimisation, BIM and digital construction initiatives to improve quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate authority submissions and approvals and support project planning and construction sequencing.
• Enforce company EHS policies and safety requirements.
• Report engineering progress, risks and key issues to the Project Director and senior management.
• Mentor and develop engineering personnel to strengthen team capabilities.
