RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned construction/engineering professional to plan, design and direct civil projects in Singapore. You will oversee site activities, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure safe and timely delivery within budget.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in civil/construction, with managerial experience in Civil/Structural disciplines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Manager with specialization in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.
• Experience in structural and architecture works preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of development works.
• Present management reports on project progress, personnel performance and issues with solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and report to management in a timely manner.
• Direct site activities of staff, contractors and suppliers and coordinate communication across groups for timely responses.
• Manage projects within timeline and budget while addressing risk and environmental considerations.
• Allocate resources and manage work delivery based on schedules and allocations.
