Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large building projects in Singapore. The role requires a PEB recognized degree in Civil Engineering and a track record of delivering projects from start to finish, with 5+ years in construction and 8+ years in project management or directorship.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control, and risk management skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in construction and 8 years as project manager/director for large building projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by client approval and review of work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
• Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep management informed of progress.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports on safety and commercial status.
• Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
• Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly.
• Collate tender documents for client in presentable manner.
