Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with construction, main contractor and general building experience to lead development projects and ensure safe, timely delivery of works. You will plan, direct construction activities, present progress reports, manage site tasks, and communicate issues to management.

A civil/structural/architectural background with 10+ years of experience is preferred, with capability to manage complex buildings projects and teams on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably a Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management.
