Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural works on site. You will ensure project completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to keep progress aligned.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in building construction projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site.
• Ensure project completion within schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and conduct site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
