Job summary

JI SHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to assist in the preparation and implementation of the Project Execution Plan.

The role includes site visits, supervision of construction works, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The candidate will attend weekly progress meetings and monitor progress, preparing weekly status reports and coordinating with project personnel.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma is required.
• Minimum 12 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
• Perform site visits and supervise construction works to ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing, contract specifications, project requirements, schedule, safety & work quality standards, and recommend corrective actions when required;
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities
• Prepare, verify, and submit monthly progress claims promptly
• Provide full support as required by the Management
