Job summary

SHUN YI CHENG CONTRACT ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a capable Project Manager to lead site construction projects. You will oversee planning, cost control, progress tracking, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Building/Construction or Architecture, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning and cost control.

• Resolve site issues and conduct project team meetings.
• Manage post-construction issues with stakeholders and rectification.
• Handle tendering stages for projects.
