Job summary

JI SHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare drawings and design information for ongoing projects and tender specs.

You will generate shop and as-built drawings, develop space plans, and present perspective visuals to support proposals. You will liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and project managers to align requirements, maintain comprehensive documentation, and manage multi-phase programmes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery at both

Qualifications

• Experience preparing drawings and design information for projects or tenders.
• Ability to generate shop drawings and as-built drawings for submission.
• Space planning and conceptual design with perspective visuals.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors or PMs to understand requirements.
• Create, maintain and review a programme of work.
• Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Experience writing bids for tender.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and design information according to project/tender specs.
• Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings and detailed drawings for tender submission.
• Create and review a programme of work and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, or project managers.
• Manage project documentation and planning work.
• Produce progress reports and forecasts for team members and stakeholders.
• Break large jobs into phases and plan timeframes with PM tools.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers and architects.
• Work between offices and construction sites.
