in Singapore is seeking a capable Construction Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate, supervise, and complete projects safely, on time, and within budget at our Singapore site. You will plan daily activities, prepare schedules, monitor progress, supervise workers and subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and clients, ensure regulatory compliance, control costs, and maintain meticulous site records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Ensure proper manpower and equipment are available.
• Coordinate with engineers, workers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Identify and control site hazards.
• Inspect completed works and arrange rectification where necessary.
• Have knowledge in Electrical, plumbing and other handyman jobs
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Control wastage and avoid unnecessary expenses.
• Check material requirements and coordinate procurement.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site problems quickly.
• Allocate work and supervise site teams.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure they follow project requirements.
• Coordinate manpower and work sequences.
• Ensure outstanding works and defects are rectified.
• Coordinate final inspections, testing, handover, and completion documentation.
