Qualifications

• Working experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish, including pre-construction, design and execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential problems, and implement solutions.
• Attend all the site meetings on behalf of company.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including Site Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on construction site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
