Job summary

BUILDBOT PTE. LTD. invites a skilled Project Manager/Project Coordinator to oversee interior design, renovation, or building projects in Singapore.

You will manage schedules, timelines, and day-to-day coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants to ensure timely completion and high client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in related field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Able to read architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings.
• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and day-to-day project coordination to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, building management, consultants, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Monitor site progress and identify critical activities, potential delays, and issues requiring attention to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings and details.
• Work closely with the design and project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to identify project requirements and resolve site issues effectively.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and solutions clearly to all relevant parties.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining good time management and organisational skills.
