Job summary

ID21 Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead interior fit-out delivery for corporate office projects in Singapore. You will oversee site activities from mobilisation to handover, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong project coordination, communication with clients and consultants, and hands-on management of trades such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, and M&E.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out.
• Preferably with corporate office or workplace projects.
• Experience coordinating interior trades and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction activities from mobilisation through to final handover.
• Plan and manage construction schedules across multiple interior trades.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to meet programme and quality needs.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliverables and installation schedules.
• Review drawings and ensure works align with specifications.
• Identify issues and coordinate solutions with PM, design team and contractors.
