Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design/architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of project management in commercial interior fit-out in Singapore.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end commercial fit-out projects from concept through handover.
• Collaborate with interior design team to review drawings and resolve technical details.
• Lead project meetings, present to clients, and liaise with consultants, landlords and authorities.
• Supervise on-site subcontractors to ensure progress, quality, and safety.
• Handle local submissions and coordinate approvals with authorities (BCA/SCDF/PUB) and building management.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, manage variation orders, and ensure timely deliverables.
