Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior design and construction projects from office to site, coordinating teams and ensuring quality control across multiple stakeholders.

You will manage timelines, budgets and scopes while maintaining documentation and reporting progress. Desirable candidates have a Diploma or O-Level with carpentry/furniture experience, familiarity with interior design processes, and proficiency in CAD/SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Diploma or O-Level qualification with several years of relevant working experience; experience in carpentry / furniture works is required.
• Familiar with interior design processes.
• Familiar with relevant industry tools or software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and within scope.
• Manage team performance, assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Report project progress and issues to senior management.
• Coordinate the work of suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure reports are accurate and complete.
• Able to conduct site measurements and accurately interpret construction drawings.
