Job summary

Heng Leong Huat Builder Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to supervise daily site activities and ensure works follow project specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers; allocate manpower, materials and equipment; monitor safety and quality; and maintain daily progress records and housekeeping at the site. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Safety certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox meetings.
• Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the worksite.
