Job summary

You will interpret drawings, manage materials, and lead crews to conform to construction plans, reporting progress to project managers. This role requires strong leadership, site safety discipline, and the stamina for long shifts in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Capability to work in varied weather conditions and manage physically demanding, long-hour, or shift-based work.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS in Singapore) are often required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox briefings; ensure proper PPE usage.
• Plan and schedule activities to meet milestones and project timelines.
• Inspect work for compliance with blueprints and quality standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment, tracking inventory and reducing waste.
• Resolve on-site technical problems and liaise with engineers or consultants.
