Job summary

HOCK LIAN SENG INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD.d in Singapore seeks a Senior M&E Engineer to lead and supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related building services works on a main contractor project.

You will ensure works comply with drawings, specs, safety and regulatory requirements, coordinating with consultants and trades to keep progress on schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in engineering, demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and has experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate M&E installation works to meet programme milestones.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and other trades to resolve issues and clashes.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, manpower and progress reporting.
• Ensure quality procedures, inspections, testing, and defect closure are followed.
• Plan and coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance on site.
