The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager and combines market development, commercial negotiations and global sales execution. A background in commodity trading and international trade is essential for delivering growth and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in commodity trading, mining, international trade or industrial sales.
• Strong understanding of China market dynamics and a track record of developing customers and commercial opportunities.
• Experience in account management, contract administration and international trade documentation.
• Exposure to ferroalloys, ores, metals or bulk commodities is an advantage.
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer relationships, develop new markets and identify opportunities across existing and growth commodities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage sales contracts and drive volume, revenue and margin targets.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics, operations and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and pricing to support commercial decisions.
