Job summary

CA SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead market risk management and middle-office activities across regional and global markets supporting a dry bulk trading group.

You will develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, controls, and reporting processes, monitor VaR, P&L, stress tests, and risk limits, and provide independent analysis to inform senior management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Economics.
• Experience in market risk management within commodities or shipping.
• Ability to develop risk frameworks and reporting to executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Market risk management across commodities trading and shipping activities.
• Monitor P&L, VaR, stress testing, and risk limits daily.
• Review trading strategies and controls for new products.
• Develop and maintain risk framework, policies, and thresholds.
• Support counterparty risk assessment and credit limits.
• Prepare risk reports for CEO and Board; governance & committees.
