Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of commercial leasing experience in Singapore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with landlords and tenants.
• Good network and database of tenant prospects.
• Valid CEA salesperson's license is a must.
• Working location Tampines.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial leasing functions for office buildings.
• Formulate strategies to maximise rental and occupancy.
• Coordinate Leasing policies and procedures for consistency and compliance.
• Manage landlord-tenant relationships and handle complaints.
• Monitor leases, evaluate vacancies and prospects.
• Attend leasing inquiries, secure appointments and show units.
• Negotiate new leases and renewals.
• Conduct market research and prepare periodic reports.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly management reports.
