• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
• Holds a valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence issued by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).

Responsibilities

• Maximize portfolio income by maintaining high occupancy and securing competitive lease terms.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, shareholders, and consultants while ensuring lease compliance.
• Oversee leasing processes, documentation, and cross-team coordination for smooth operations.
• Prepare timely reports and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and support development and organizational initiatives.

Job description

Location: Raffles Place

Work Hours: 5 days work week. Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Salary: Up to $6,400 + AWS + variable bonus (average 2-3 months)
